Something seriously wrong or just arthritis?

Alrighty so about a year ago I accidentally squished the living hell out of my hand and I didn't go to a doctor because it didn't hurt at the time, in fact it didn't hurt until two months latter, and since then its been constant. I work at a very hands on job and the constant use of my hand seems to have made it worse, there a odd hard spot on the palm of my hand that when I hit it just right makes my whole arm hurt so bad I want to cry or throw up. If I work more then six hour straight I usually go through 12 Tylenol so I don't just crumple to the ground in pain but it still hurts even then, so what I want to know is, Is there something still messed up in my arm or is it just really bad arthritis that I can't do anything about? Anyone with any ideas feel free to share

Getting fitted for a bra

well today I got fitted for a bra and I was told to remove my shirt and so i did. They used the tape and did some things, but I didn't understand what they were. Anyways my results were 58C and my mom was there and said that couldn't be right because I have Itty Bitty Titties. Then my mom made me take off my bra and get measured again. Then it came out to be 42B. I was mortified to be topless. Was that right of my mom?

How can my dad do this to his family?

I found out a couple of days ago my dad has been cheating on my mom with a coworker. I found out on his myspace page and I was extremely enraged. My mom and dad have been married for 26 years, and I think my dad got bored or something. My mom found out and they are getting a divorce. My dad said he is going to marry this other person. I am 24 years old and trying to get through medical school and I'm having a hard time dealing with this. I'm here starving with no money, living off coupons, and sneaking patients' food just to eat. But what makes the situation worse is that I found out my dad had taken $500 to sneak off with this other woman to Myrtle beach when he could have helped me or my twin sister (she is in medical school with me). My brother, who is 14 rarely sees him anymore because he's out spending time with this other women and her child. You know, I remember visiting home and asking my dad to go fishing with me, just to do something family-oriented and he always refused, saying he didn't feel like it or making an excuse. I told him off yesterday, saying I didn't want to talk to him ever again, he was a deadbeat, a streetwalker, etc. and he started laughing and then threatened to shoot himself if I ever contacted him again. I am in so much pain right now. He used to be a really good father until I was 4 years old, but then he became controlling and abusive towards my mom and the rest of the kids. But with this new girl, he's all lovey-dovey and not controlling at all, which really makes me angry. It's like we were used as punching bags and then he just goes and doesn't even try to rectify the situation and become a better person, especially seeing that he is able to control himself with this new lady. I'm just really sad right now, I've missed the past 2 days of work and just cry. I feel empty and confused... How can he do this? They would not be excluded. Also, the grandparents would all fit into the gene pool, with most of the markers present as well. They may be excluded as wrong , as grandma wouldn't be the father, and Grandpa couldn't be the mom. Also, Mom's Dad wouldn't have markers equal to dad's markers unless very closely related. Etc.

Neighbors with loud children?

We live in what would seemingly be a quiet neighborhood with large, secluded, wooded lots. We have neighbors that have 6 or 7 kids. Another neighbor told us that they're Protestant Reformed and this has something to do with the large family. I realize kids need to play and be kids, but there are a couple of them that scream at the top of their lungs constantly. I do mean constantly. They're outside all day from morning until after dark screaming. My guess is that it is for attention. With that many kids how could one possibly ensure that each gets enough attention? It has disrupted many many evenings and sunny Saturdays. Again, the important part is that It is not just for an hour or two - it is all day. I envision that their mom kicks them out of the house, closes windows and doors and throws on her ipod and enjoys her peace. I can't see their yard so I really have no idea if they're supervised by a parent or turned over to an older sibling. This is the interesting part - Most people look at me like I'm crazy when I mention that these kids are bothersome, until they stop by for a visit. Then they make comments like "they sound like wild animals" and "I could not stand this constant yelling." The people that make these comments are parents themselves. We've never met these neighbors and I fear writing a respectful note or paying a visit would do nothing but cause retaliation. If your response is just going to be "get over it" please don't bother. Like I said I understand that kids need to be kids, but this is a neighborhood and other people live here and I think there should be limits. It's not a park or campground and allowing screaming all day long seems rude. On a side note we have 2 large beautiful parks within less than a mile, they could easily load them up. I've considered a radio to help drown them out but then I'm just adding to the noise. Is a respectful note even feasible? Would it just ensure retaliation? I know if I were bothering someone and received a respectful note ("respectful" being the key word) - I would feel bad that I've caused someone grief.

I believe that people are good at certain things because they have practiced and might have an interest in it. Genetics do play a role in what you're capable of doing, but I don't think they have anything to do with a person actually being good at doing something. Most people are good at doing certain things because they either have prior knowledge or because they just have a better understanding than others and are able to do well, even though they've never actually done that kind of thing before.

Anxiety Issues. Help?

My mother does not believe I have anxiety issues. I am very well like at school and everything, except today I had the most embarring thing ever happen to me! In Orchestra we had a playing test (we all individually had to play a song in front of everybody). It was my turn I honestly was not nervous and I started to shake and then I kept stopping, and starting shaking really badly. Teacher said I was excused I started crying and hyperventilating and everybody started to laugh at me. I am popular so everybody was talking about me that day and made fun of me. I now have tons of new rude nicknames. What can i do to prevent it from happening again? I was mortified!

I can't think of any other people that are always close to the President and carrying guns. Now I know that these people are trained extensively to take a bullet for him, and have to go through rigorous background checks to even think of getting close to him. But what if they become corrupt? What if someone has a really good reason to kill him, and uses it as the perfect opportunity to do it? What if somebody gets into the job for that very reason alone, and waits 10-20 years just to get the opportunity to fire a shot? Of course the President probably won't be the same in that time, but they might just do it for the sake of killing him. Of course he'd probably be shot to death by other Secret Service within minutes, but some people are martyrs. If there are so many Secret Service workers, what's stopping only one of them from committing the unthinkable?

Transitioning from formula to milk?

My main ? is transitioning to milk. My pedi. said I can just give her milk or transition like 1/2 and 1/2. She still won't use a sippy cup even though we try many times a day. I just went to the Doctors on the 23 of Oct because I haven't had a period since July..The took a pregnancy test and the drew blood, and also the did a Pelvic Sonogram, and a Belly sonogram and all my test came back Neg..everything was Good....My doctor said even though I haven't had a period I can still ovulate and get pregnant .So for about 2 weeks I been feeling really tired..sick, hurt so my husband bought me a home test and it was Positive..I was really shocked and happy because we been trying for over a year and I just went to the doctor two weeks ago and everything was neg..even my sonograms...So I was just wondering if that was possible when all test where neg..and If I am will the home test be Positive if im only 2weeks along cause the night of the sonogram we had and other nights after that LOL LOL (T.M.I) LOL

Help with my cat peeing in my floor?

my cat is 10 years old this year and he still acts like a kitten. however i moved out of my parents house 2 years ago and i took him with me because he was always my cat. in our 1st apartment he developed this problem where he peed under or dinning room table not in the litter box. we thought it was a behavior problem took him to specialist literally spent a ton of money trying to figure it out. even took him to the vet a few times his health checked out clean. got a second opinion same story. it wasn't the move ether he adjusted very well as he is used to going strange places. we didn't know what to do we moved to the apartment to where we live now and he stared doing the same thing we thought it was the table so we got rid of it and i cleaned the carpet really well. he still does it. i need help i bought him the same litter box he had at home to help he even has a lot of privacy as the litter box in in my walk in pantry. still he pees out in our dining room and i think he has peed in the living room too. i have to figure something out can some one help me tell me what i can do to make him stop or i will have to give him away. we rent so we will have to replace carpet if he doesn't stop. we already had to pay over 1000 dollars to our old apartment to replace carpet. i just don't understand why he developed this problem. i feel exhausted i have to go behind him with the resolve every couple hours. i want to keep him just don't know what to do but it has to stop. some one with experince with this please help. o and it's not marking he is the only cat.

my father has been a serious alcoholic all my life. ever since i can remember he would revolve his life around trying to get beer, liqour, ect and figuring out a way to sneak around and drink as much as he possibly can. he used to drive around in the car while chugging a beer with my twin sister and i in the back seat when we were kids all the time. about 2 years ago he got arrested for his 4th aggravated DWI (he blew a .32) and was forced to go to a 9 month rehab center. he did great in rehab, he seemed very determined/focused and would constantly tell me how sorry he was for being a bad father. after he got out he seemed like a whole new man! working all the time, taking care of the house, attending all of his probation meetings, he got his liscense back, ect. he was sober for about 1 1/2 years and then slowly started to go back to his old ways. i think alot of the reason for his drinking is his home life. my stepmom is very controlling, has major mood swings, shes very disrespectful to him, and ive seen her physically attack him many times when i was younger. their daughter (my half-sister) who is 14 treats him the same way. he does everything for them (cook clean, do laundry) while they sit around and watch tv and eat. he says he wants to leave all the time but never has enough to do it. i know hes been drinking again and i know its not going to end well. i dont want to just sit back and watch his life fall apart again but i dont know what to do? sorry its long i just wanted to explain the situation thoroughly

Bad cuts from braces?

So 3 days ago my father and i went to go eat at a Hamburger restraunt. about 15 Minutes after i ate i began to feel sick at my stomach. I have been breading a male glaceon (eevee) with a ditto to get eevee's. It takes alot, and I mean ALOT, of steps to get the eevee eggto hatch (I'm not exactly sure how many, but i know from experience that it's alot). I caught a magcargo with magma armor and I carry it around with the eevee eggs. It decreases tge amount of steps, but it still takes alot of steps. If I had two pokemon, one with magma armor and one with flame body, would it decrease the amount of steps I have to take even more because I would have both? Thanks! ^-^

How do I hook up a heat choke on a quadrajet?

I have an 84 chevy pickup that originally had an electric choke. That carburetor was damaged while removing and rebuilding the engine. I recently picked up a rebuilt Q-jet for a very reasonable deal, however, it has the heat choke. How can i hook this up on my pickup, or would i be better off switching the chokes and if so is it hard? I have a lot of mechanical experience but it's all with fuel injection and not much with carburetion.

Wedding Flowers Problem: where do you store 800 roses for two days before the wedding?

I'm doing the flowers myself for my wedding and I've got them coming in from a wholesaler my aunt hooked me up with (her husband owns a greenery), and I'm ordering about 800 of them. I have no idea what size packaging they will be in, but I do know they come in sets of 100, and those are packaged individually, so there will be 8 boxes/buckets/whatever. Where the heck am I going to keep all these flowers? You're supposed to refridgerate them. I can fit two in my fridge I think, but after that, what to do? I thought about getting a freezer chest and not turning it on, just putting fresh ice in every once and a while, but they are really expensive. Any thoughts on how to do this in a way that doesn't break the bank (the flowers are already expensive enough). Thanks!

Since you are only 15 you will probably outgrow it after a while. However, in the meantime there is an anti-perspirant called Certain Dri. I included a link at the bottom so you can see what it looks like. You can buy it in most drug stores. It costs a bit more but it really works. You put it on at night and sleep with it on. (I used to use a spray in the morning as well) This stuff totally works. Just don't put too much on because it can irritate your skin. ( Also, it used to itch like crazy at first if you put too much on.) It will take about a week of consistant use to see a difference. Eventually you will want to use it every other day and then less and less. In between you will probably want to use Dove with moisturizers because it really dries things up. Eventually, you won't have the problem at all. It worked for me and my sis. Also, people used to tell me to use Mitchem but it never worked for me and it was yucky sticky! I have already slipstreamed my xp disc with nlite but the thing is I have no idea which drivers to add to it. I have in the link below my computer information. Ok so when I was on vacation new neighbors moved in and they have two sausage dogs that are freaking insane! So if the thermometer is surrounded by 100% water then you will get an accurate reading, but if it touches the side of the beaker then that will affect the temperature and make it lower than the actual boiling point.
