With all the money Barry has stolen from Americans, why can't he buy his wife some sleeves?

I know Michelle has more body hair than a damn bear, but even she has to get cold going sleeveless night after night. Why doesn't Barry act like a man for once and use some of his ill-gotten money to buy her something fancy from TJ Maxx?
