How 2 watch what you eat?

ok.. first off you need to eat something within a half hour of waking up to get ur matabolism up and running.. eat just fruit in the morning... everything you eat you should drink at least a regular bottle of water, green tea is good too, have a small meal every 2 or 3 hours that consists of a well balenced menue.. such as... a small thin sliced piece of pork chop, cubers, couscous and an apple. at 515 dont eat chochlate, eat dinner and then dont eat again until the morning.... water will help to fill you up so always be drinking it.
