READ THIS..... Tell me what you think about this girl and what i should do???

THis girl at work is amazingly stunning and beautiful. Im so nervous around her. But she has a captivating look and when we make eye contact,,,,,its a feeling like no other. I am a new employee at a restaurant and this girl came in to work that i have never worked with. I introduced myself and she was real nice. But it was a busy night and we never really talked after that. I was a Bus boy and she was a server. But everytime i would p her, and we made eye contact, she would smile and give me the hottest looks. Shes one of those beautiful girls , whose eyes entrace you. She would touch me sometimes when ping by too. Even though there was plenty of room to get by, she would touch me on the back or shoulder. What does this mean. Should i ask her out. or is she flirting or what? we are both 18
