How many moles of fluorine will be needed to produce 5.6 g of hydrogen fluoride by reaction with hydrogen gas?

i got: F2 + H2 = 2 HF .. the ratio is 1:1:2.... i dot know what to do next.. or even if i am doing it right.. PLEASE HELP ME.. and please show your work. thanks
