Will republicans raise the debt ceiling in fear of Obama invoking the 14th Amendment?

Republicans will raise the debt ceiling because they always (ALWAYS) have and always will. Without an increase in the debt ceiling they can not continue tax cuts for the rich. They know that. It's absolutely clear and they WILL prove themselves to be absolute liars when the time comes. But the party faithful will simply ignore that.
