Why are our elected officials.....?

not representing us like they were elected to do? Obviously the American people DO NOT want this Health Care bill to p. Seems like our elected officials are up there trying to do what they want to do. Seems like to me we need to elect some new people if this bunch can't represent us and vote like we want. I am neither Democrat or Replubican but vote for the person I think can best do the job they are elected to do. No smart alec comments...only serious answers please?
