What Show Dog breed is best for me?

Personally speaking, I would look for one of the shorter haired breeds to start with because it is hard enough to get into the ring and get it right, without worrying about spending 4 hours grooming beforehand. I like GSP, Vizsla, Bloodhound, and Great Danes. APBT are not AKC recognized, so cross that right off the list.
