I can't get free agents in NBA 2K10?

I play NBA 2K10 in ociation and I just finished my season. I traded Zach Randolph, Gerald Wallace and Andre Miller for cheap players and draft picks, I didn't re-sign Shaq but I re-signed D-Wade hoping for Lebron or Chris Bosh. now that it's free agency I can't find a list or anything to sign them. how do I sign free agents?
