What does a small black face mask attached to a small bow Like bow and arrow) mean, and is it dangerous?

My crazy neighbor gave a bunch of junk to my crazy friend. Among the junk was a little trinket. A black mask of a face attached to a bow with some feathers and beads. My other crazy friend told crzy frnd #1 that it was a voodoo mask that would make her tired all the time and to get rid of it. CF #1 gave it to me an told me to give it back to Crzy Ngbr. CN freakd out an didnt want it back. Now, Im not really superstitious, but dont wanna fk around with voodoo. I feel fine since its been in my posession, but stashed it in a cupboard in the kithchen at my work. Im probly just gonna throw it away but.... Does anyone know about this stuff and what I should do with it? Im sure its BS. How would CF#2 know about that stuff. She's a crackhead freak. But still... Any ideas?
